Chocolate heart with almonds, pistachio and candied orange
1-2 pieces of chocolate bars for melting
2 tsp butter
Raw pistachio (you can also use roasted without salt)
Raw almonds (blanched and/or sliced)
Pieces of candied orange peels
Put the chopped chocolate and the butter in a heatproof bowl that fits snugly over a pot of barely simmering water.
Remove the shells of the pistachios and grind them.
Set the hearth shaped form, cover it with a aluminum foil and put the melted chocolate in it.
Sprinkle plenty of nuts and orange peels on top of the melted chocolate.
Let it cool down and it is ready to eat.
